Minimum Order:
White Barn Gifts/Roy New York does not
require a minimum order to purchase our products at below
wholesale prices. A resell number is not required to purchase
from us online (except NY state residents and businesses).
Shipping & Handling charges will be added to each order as
well as any necessary shipping insurance.

Busy Season:
Our busy season usually runs from September through
December. During this time, orders may take longer to process
and ship. We cannot hold orders for out of stock items during
busy season. Special order bulk fragrances may take anywhere
from 3-7 business days to be shipped, so please place your
special orders in advance! All special/bulk orders must be
pre-paid, and cannot be cancelled.
Credit Cards:
The name on the
credit card must match the name on your account, and the address
must match the billing address of your credit card. If the
shipping address is not the same as the credit card billing
address, please note this when ordering. If your card is a debit
card, please specify if you will need to be contacted with your
total charges so you can enter that in your checkbook ledger.
Checks:
White Barn Gifts no longer accepts personal checks. We also accept electronic checks through PayPal or Money Orders/Cashier's Checks. We strongly encourage sending Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.
Terms:
All orders must be
pre-paid before shipping. We do not offer any credit terms.
PLEASE
NOTE:
All orders are processed as soon as they are received.
Please double check to ensure your order is complete. Once an
order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If we
do receive a request for a change and it is approved, it may
delay your order and you will incur a $5.00 service charge. White Barn Gifts
will accept cancelled orders up to one (1) hour after you have
placed your order with no fee associated. If an order is
cancelled after one (1) hour of placing your order you will be
charged $10.00 or a 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater).
Money Order & Check Purchases:
White Barn Gifts can
only hold orders pending MO/Check payment for a period of 10
days. We will make at least one (1) attempt to contact you in
regards to payment. If we do not receive payment within ten days
and you order is cancelled you will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. Customers who in effect cancel their order by not sending
payment will not be able to order until we receive payment
to offset the cancellation charges.
Availability/Stock/Back Orders:
We make every
attempt to keep all products in stock, but we can not always
guarantee their availability. Out of stock items will not be
back ordered. If any items are out of stock, we will make every
attempt to contact you by e-mail or phone for instructions. At
that time you will be given options of choosing alternate items
or canceling those items. If we cannot contact you before the
end of the next business day, your order will be shipped without
those items and you will need to re-order them at a later date.
We cannot be held responsible for any situation that may arise
due to an item being out of stock. Items that need to be special
ordered, such as bulk fragrances, etc. must be pre-paid and
cannot be cancelled. Please allow ample time for special orders.
Shipping:
USPS/UPS: Sorry White Barn Gifts does
not ship C.O.D. All
orders in the continental United States and Canada are shipped
UPS ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) to Hawaii. 2nd Day Air packages are shipped DHL. Shipping rates
are based on the weight of the packaged order and may include
insurance/delivery confirmaton costs if applicable. USPS orders are
not guaranteed by a certain day, and therefore cannot be
reimbursed for if late. You may use your order number (invoice
#) to track your package on our website.
Multiple box
shipments (case of incense, bottles, jugs) sometimes arrive a day
apart and may incur additional shipping charges. Give the packages at
least 1 extra day to arrive before calling for a tracer.
Priority Mail usually takes about 2-3 days for delivery and UPS
orders depend on your zone. Please refer to the following
map for UPS transit times.
Canadian/International Orders:
Please be aware that additional charges may be assessed by
customs at the border, including GST taxes and UPS brokerage
fees. We cannot estimate these fees prior to shipping. United States Postal Service (USPS) tends to be more lenient with brokerage fees and/or duties, however, as you can surmise, it is more difficult to track a package. Insurance is included, however. If you do
choose USPS, your order will not ship until the next
scheduled USPS dropoff day. NOTE: There is a minimum purchase of $30.00 to ship to other countries. White Barn Gifts cannot ship heavy packages over 22
lbs. per box via USPS. It is also IMPORTANT TO NOTE that ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION IN NEW YORK PRIOR TO BEING SENT TO ANOTHER COUTNRY. This will cause a delay of up to an additional week, so please factor that into your shipping choices.
Postal Service: We
offer Postal shipping only to insurable areas outside the
continental United States. This shipping method incurs a $3.00
handling fee per order as there is no pickup in our area and it
requires a dropoff. Priority Mail & Surface Mail are
available to Hawaii & Alaska. Air Parcel Post (4-7 days)
& Parcel Post Surface Mail (4-6 weeks) are available outside
of the US. If shipped Parcel Post, there is a 30 day waiting
period before a tracer or claim can be placed on the package.
Freight Carriers:
Delivery by a trucking company can be arranged on larger orders,
call for quotes. If you prefer, you are welcome to arrange
for your own freight company to pick up your order instead.
Delivery:
See our shipping
page for the estimated FedEx/USPS ship time to your area. Please
do not miss your delivery. If the carrier is unable to make
delivery for any circumstance other than our error, you will be
responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. Any
packages returned to us due to customer refusing delivery will
be billed for the shipping charges incurred, plus a 20%
restocking fee unless refused due to an error on our part.
Damaged Shipments:
If your package does
not arrive in acceptable condition, Do Not Accept it from the
carrier. If you accept the damaged package from the courrier you
will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact FedEx
at 1-800-GOFEDEX IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage,
spillage or breakage. All packages leave our warehouse in good
condition. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our
goods to the carrier. You must get a claim number from the
carrier.
Returns:
Fragrance oils are not
returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error
on our part. This
policy is non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our
fine fragrances first to assure your complete satisfaction.
This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high
quality of our products. With this policy in effect, you can
rest assured that the products you buy from us have not been
contaminated by any outside sources. All other merchandise
returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be
approved, please call or e-mail kepa@whitebarngifts.com
for authorization. Unless our error, a 20% restocking fee
will apply to all returns to cover any re-packaging costs,
credit card fees and labor incurred. All returns must include a
completed return
form with the original invoice number and reason for
return. Merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in
good condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN
RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for
shipping on all returns. In-store credit only, no cash refunds
are given unless shipment was our error. Do not send new orders
with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might delay your
order, as returns are unpacked in the order they are received.
You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you
can use that store credit on a new order.
Specials/Returns:
No substitutes are
given on sale items. If any of the desired scents are currently
out of stock, you will be asked to choose an alternate. If any
sale items are out of stock, a rain check will not be given.
Wholesale:
We do not require a tax ID# or
business license unless you are in the state of New York. The
prices listed on our product pages are below wholesale, we do
offer certain price breaks on larger quantities. If you

Warranties:
White Barn Gifts/Roy New York makes no
warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any
certain product for use in secondary products or the actual
results of its use in any such products. White Barn Gifts expressly disclaims
any and all liability resulting from the use of these product in
any secondary products produced thereby. It is common in our
industry for occasional variances to occur in products such as
waxes and fragrances, therefore slight adjustments to your
formulas/methods may be needed at times. Any instructions,
directions or tips given on the Save on Scents.com site are
strictly for informational purposes and are only helpful
guidelines to be used as a starting point. This information is
provided without warranty of any kind or fitness for a
particular use or purpose. Customers are encouraged to
experiment and conduct their own tests, as they are responsible
and liable for any products they manufacture. Please read all
